Through the CRA Training System, we offer three different Back to Basics Packages to help your staff with the basics of their job.
You can purchase any of these packages for yourself or up to 200 active users a month. If you choose to provide this package to your staff, we will set up your account to distribute and view your staff progress within the package(s).
Q: How do I purchase a training package?
A: You can easily purchase the training package(s) by clicking the "LEARN MORE" link for the package(s) you are interested in, or you can visit the CRA website to learn more.
Q: How do I get access to a training package after I purchase?
A: Once your order has been processed for the package(s) you purchased, you will receive an invite email to the CRA Training System. If you are providing the package(s) to your staff, you will be able to send your staff an invite email through the CRA Training System.
Q: Can I purchase the package(s) for myself?
A: Yes, you may purchase any of the package(s) for yourself.
Q: Can I purchase the package(s) for my staff?
A: Yes, you can purchase any package(s) for up to 200 active users per month. You will be able to assign the package(s) to your staff within the CRA Training System.
Q: How does the Monthly Payment Plan for the packages work?
A: The CRA requires a monthly recurring payment plan for your CRA Training System portal package(s) subscription. Under this plan, you may pay your CRA Training System portal subscription with either a credit card or debit card that will be charged on or around the 25th of each month.
Q: Will I get a certificate once I complete the training course(s)?
A: Yes, you must watch 100% of the video and pass the quiz to receive your certification. for each of the courses within the package.
Q: Will my certification expire?
A: Yes, this certificate will expire in 365 days (1 Year).
